yes ritz is quite spacious in front but a bit cramped in the rear especially with tall people in the car

the clutch of ritz is quite light ( that is my opinion) so why do you want to adjust it???Undecided

You can go for Ford Figo.Other option is Swift which suit your requirement of performance, pickup and service. You can refer my thread for TD observations of diesel hatches  http://www.carwale.com/Forums/ViewThread-22109.html

hi,

i think Punto is more better then Figo.If u ride Figo u feel all bumps of roads via wheel and stearing, you can also hear the soud of outside peoples /Vehicals in the cabin . Price vise figo is attractive but what about discounts. Punto has almost discounted by company, bcoz Fiat is not recovered by his old image . I think Tata JV is also a big advantage, some of our friends don't like Tata but company is growing ' Kuchh to log kahenge.."

Might be too late, but my 2 cents completely agree with NMP. Even I own a Punto Active 1.2 and it is just a dream car. Except for the interiors, there's nothing to complain about. Even the interiors are not bad, just we expected more 'premium' stuff. Fiat has spent the money on the metal of the body and the superb engine instead, where Ritz, i20 and Figo all suffer.

Yes, resale value is probably the only serious dampener (not even After Sales so much, it has been OK). But then all you can buy is Hyundai or Maruti in India, if resale value is important.

If you haven't already, go for the Punto Emotion, you'll love it!

PS: About the clutch and seats, I think it is a matter of getting used to. I find it extremely comfortable. Even the light-controls on opposite side (due to LHD origins) actually feel more intuitive now.

If Ritz is in your list I will go for this one , ita very comfortable tall boy concept car , comfortable sitting , excellent mileage in this class of cars, excellent after sales service and at the end avialble at very competitive price.
