chassis number discrepancy (skoda)

We have booked New Fabia Ambiente 1.2 Petrol in Brilliant Silver colour (2011 model) on 11th Dec 2010.
We are provided a car with a chassis number TMBFRM5J3AG018459 by the dealer. As per different online resources model is Dec'2010. We want to confirm the manufacturing year as we have booked the car with 2011 model and already waited for 2 months for the same. We have not taken the delivery yet because of this confusion only. The dealer has "Verbally" ensured the 2011 model. He has shown us the form 22 but manufacturing year was not mentioned. Dealer promised to show the manufacturing year on paper before PDI. Meanwhile we want to confirm the same from our end because we were very clear to the dealer about the manufacturing year at the booking time only and we waited long for the same.

If I am not wrong then this is a Škoda Fabia Classic 1.2 HTP 55kw, the model year is indeed 2010, with production number 018459 and the production plant being Pune. Looks like the dealer is taking you for a ride. Do not allow him to do it.
