Dear All,

I have been driving a Maruty 800 since I was in class 10th. i have recently purchased a Swift Dezire VDI. I am having very Low visibility while driving my Swift Dezire VDI at night. When I put the headlights of the CAR on high beam...still my visibility at night is very poor and I can't see the minimum that should be visible with the headlights put on high beam. At a given distance everything looks dark. Please advise is it normal for the Car or does my CAR have a problem which needs to be fix at the earliest.

Regards,

Krish

Factory fitted bulbs of DZire are not up to the mark for night driving.

You can simply replace the bulbs with something Philips Xtreme Power or Xtra vision which are having same wattage but slightly improved performance.

Other wise upgrade to a high wattage bulb.

There are a lot of complaints against headlamps getting darkened possibly due to excessive heat generated by high wattage powerful bulbs.  It will also make the warranty null and void.

I am using philips Xtreme Power in my DZire. Its performance is satisfactory compared to the stock bulbs.

Using fog lamps along with head light will also help.
