First of all ur first mistake :
1.Never check engine oil when engine is hot.
Always check engine oil level in morning when engine is cold.The pump attendants are idiots who told u ur oil level is low.In an running engine its obvious that oil would be all over the running parts lubricating them in every nook and corner.So hw would u get the correct oil level??
Regarding coolant the ratio is 40% coolant and 60% distilled water.You can use Golden cruiser premium for coolant.
