Some time suspension noise come only due to bushes in suspension assembly which get old. It happened in my ford a year back and was told to go for entire suspension assembly change costing 35k. I got it checked outside by an expert and he got front wheet bushes changes and tightening of rear. It costed me less than 2k and its running fine for a year now
