Can anyone tell me the price to replace the Cylinder head and gaskets for Ford Fiesta ZXI Diesel 2006 model?

Iam having a Ford Fiesta Sxi Turotorq TDCI 2006 model . Run 94000 Km . Now the vehicle emits lot of black smoke in acceleration.  Can any suggest me the cause & possible  maint. work involved please .

@Jana - Have you changed the air filter? If not I suggest you get it checked and replaced. That could be one of the reasons

between are you getting the car serviced regularly from an authorised service center?
