Its a simple kit. Except the price there is nothing to choose from. May be the number of seals. But it is not advisable to keep large number of seals on hand. The requirement will be far in between.

No brand to recommend because you wont find any name in the pack. Almost all are imports from China. Price will be around Rs.250/
You can search in ebay.in for puncture repair kits.
as pointed out by Thilakan, the cost of these kits, as I see now in ebay.in, are around Rs 150 to 250.
The wick quality is of importance. Generally dark grey/black wicks are not good. brown wicks work better. You'll know once you are duped with the bad ones
