I have completely filled Nitogen gas for my brand new types of my Accent. I am planning to go on a long drive.

When the pressure reduces due to many reasons,

Can I top up with Normal Air available in Petrol bunks so that the typre is a mixture of Normal Air and Nitrogen ?? If yes, will there be any problem?

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: Ordinary air is 78% nitrogen anyways, so it does not make any difference if you top up with ordinary air, except that it costs a lot less (its free, basically) than filling in pure nitrogen.
