Hello folks,
I have bought a car and the car had loan and now the owner has got the NOC from the bank and insists me to get the HP cancellation, is this the right way?
Also that the car insurance is elapsed and can I get the new insurance in my name? will this bother to get the HP cancellation?
I am located in bangalore.
