Hi Moderators,

I am quite new to Carwale; an excellent forum. Thanks. I am an NRI based in Abu Dhabi. I come to India atleast once a year. My hobby is photography which makes me travel to different places in India and other parts of the world. I can write my travel logue with pictures for Carwale if the moderators permit. I can start with Ethiopia that I traveled last year. Do you except foreign travel logue?

I am visiting Indai in November and plan to drive to Rajasthan. I can write about that also. Of course, I'll have many pictures of locations. Please let me know if its fine so that I can prepare my tarvel logue.

Henry

I appreciate your work and interest in carwale.

You may put it in the 'General Discussions' section.

I love my car. But I won't say it is the best in its class.

I am not a moderator of this site. But you can upload/write your travelogue in following section.

Hello Shaheen,

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, non of the moderator has replied to my queries. I hope you'll give me some info once again. I have prepared my Ethiopia Travel log and it's ready for uploading. Going through this forum I have learned that to attach pictures with the thread first it has to be uploaded in the My Carwale photo album and then put a link. Am I correct?

I have nearly 110 pictures with my travel log. Are they too many? I wish one of the moderator could guide me on this. Till now I have uploaded 36 pictures in my album and will continue uploading more tomorrow. Uploading is very slow.

Hi Henry

Have you sent PM to the MODS?

If yes then I suppose the Mods are really busy this time, otherwise you'd have got the response fast.

I think you don't have to actually upload your photographs in Carwale Photo Album, you may insert the URL of the photographs from your own website directly here.

I've visited your website and have found really fabulous stuff there. That gives me an idea - How about  a separate section for Travelogue. I think our members will love this section. Hey Ban are you listening?

As Henry's post count is low, I am afraid he won't be able to PM modes.

Hi,

I tried uploading my travelogue but I got this message

"Posting can not be more than 4000 characters. Currently it is of 18479 characters. Please correct!"

I had written only 5 lines and attached an image.

May be you had copy-pasted from source like MS WORD.

Just copy-paste the same content on Notepad and then copy-paste from there.

Hope this helps.
