Car reverse camera with LCD monitor

at night when i turn on the lcd the headlights of other cars completely blur out my lcd, is there a better camera that can be purchased which will focus out of the lights and show image?

           I purchased WT-RV7171 Fitted to my new FORD FIGO at bangalore.works good ..i m unable to open the video files from usb.when i met one technician in my native place,he randomly operated it and played the video files but he couldnt tell me the steps properly.In the  instruction manual also it is not given clearly.

             I am able to get audio files via FM..

                Can you please help me to get video files
