MODs- Can't we have Ad Hoc Mods for maintenance of CarWale?

MODs, I've been a member on CarWale for the past 2 months and I've noticed that there are very few MODs at CarWale. For this reason, there is hardly any MOD active for days at times.

In your absence, number of offensive posts, personal attacks, spams, in appropriate threads in various sections, double posts keep piling up.

I've a recommendation for helping in better maintenance of the forum and to maintain the quality.

If you guys want, you can start Ad-Hoc Moderation privileges and give "temporary moderator" privileges to those who are active for the past few days and are posting quality posts with some set minimum number of posts under their hood. e.g. 500 posts

Here is an example

e.g. Shaheen, Rohit BD, Centaur, Ashish Naik, T-Jet.Sus. You got five additional MODs. At least one would be active within a span of 6hrs at any given time. They can maintain the forum, add or delete "offensive/in appropriate posts" and can have this status until you people want or till they are active.
