New Fiat Linea T-Jet arrives in mid-October

Although feature-enriched and powerful Fiat Linea 1.4 T-jet is set to be launched on 8 Oct 2010, still there are no print/TV ads/teasers.  Perhaps, Fiat India wants to spring a surprise to all.

I hope its a pleasent surprise. My only concern is with all these features they might price it higher. If they price it comptetive compared to ANHC then they have huge chance of making a business out of it. On other hand the lower powered Linea's might take a beating.

@seshu- Linea 1.4 or linea diesel would be unaffected by Linea T-Jet as Linea petrol and diesel are bought by those who have preference for looks+comfort+ride quality rather than power rating of the engine.

Those who prefer power opt for SX4 or ANHC.

@PaddleShifter: I guess now those people who want looks+comfort+ride quality along with performance will look at Linea T-Jet. I guess there will be such people too I agree those wo do not bother about performance and power will still buy Linea petrol and diesel. I guess Linea T-jet if priced aggressively can impact the sales of SX4 and ANHC.

Linea T jet will be for the Front seat riders. To compete with ANHC, it will have to improve upon the cabin space & Fit/Finish .Cabin space is difficult to change but I am sure Fiat would have worked upon fit/finish. If done so It will also attract the back seat class passengers which is certainly required today to increase nos.

lets hope for the best.
