Pravas,

I have been till hyd to Kurnool in my i20 which I could cover it in just 2.5 hrs. Even I was planing to do Hyderabad - bangalore.

There is only one route Hyderabad - kurnool- Ananthapur- Chikbalpur- Bangalore.

I heard that the whole route is about to complete so you will surely enjoy the drive.

And wish you a happy journey

Hyderabad to Banglore, as far as I know is NH-7, unless you are planning for some breaks for sight-seeing or meeting friends etc.

Route is Hyd-->Kurnool--> Anantpur--> Banglore. Its full 4 lanes from hyderabad to Kurnool, construction going on or probably completed between Kurnool and Ananatpur and once you cross AP border, its again 4 lanes till Banglore.

A very nice stretch to drive. Have control on your speed, lots of things to eat and bang... you go to banglore

Have a nice trip!!!

Have a nice trip!!!

hey Thanks. Think i just have to make sure about the flood condition at the time of travel, as last year same time the entire kurnool area was flooded very badly. Even last 2 days news says the rivers are rising due to heavy rains in kurnool area.

Will check and decide.

I recently did HYD-BANGALORE on 10th september.Started @ around 4.30 in hyd and reached bglr outskirts (devanahalli) by 10.30.

The whole streach is completely 4 laned. Unless you need to take some breaks, there is no need to press the brakes.

Toll was almost Rs.470 and could easily do 120-140 kms/hr.
