Hi everyone,

I drive a SWIFT VDI and as part of the factory settings, its come with 165/R14 tubless tyre wheels.

I have a couple of questions about the alloy wheels

1) If i go for alloy wheels with 185mm or 195/R14, does it give a better grip while driving in wet conditions?

2) Does 185mm or 195/R14 decreases the Fuel efficiency, if so, by how much?

3) Where in bangalore can we get a good deal for alloy wheels?

If these questions have been answered somewhere in the forum, please point me to the location.

Thanks in advance!

Harsha

hey Harsha

first of all 185 and 195 are the widths of the tyres

if you increase from to 185 or 195 it would definetly give better grip and they would give a marginal decrease in FE as well

are changing both your tyres and wheels,if you are cant you go for 15 inchers??
