i want to start new discussion . need some advice on buying new car.

Welcome to Carwale Hari.

Let's go step by step

• Click on the Forum Tab
• Now you will have various sections pertaining to various categories of thread.
• Now since you asked about buying a car
• Go to Shoppers' zone and in that click on the link Buying a car
• In that you'll have a "Create new thread" button at the bottom of the page.

Hope this guides you. You can follow same steps to create threads in other categories
