You must have checked on-road prices for cars in Mumbai and then Delhi. This location change is stored in your profile. (a known bug, but low priority for resolution). You can just go visit your profile and set it back to Mangalore. Or, alternatively, just go and check on-road price of any car (check out a merc, what the heck!) in Mangalore.
