Guys as you are all aware the i 20 diesel comes with era model and is the base model ! However it comes with inbuilt 6 speakers that is 4 speakers and 2 tweeters factory fitted ! Now all that is required is one head unit to play the music ! And I have bought the head unit Pioneer DEH-3250UB . Now here is the tricky part there is only one slot in i 20 and it looks bigger than 2 din ! ( I am not sure its the 2 din size but I have measured with a scale in the showroom its reading is 19cm length and 11.5 cm height ) . Now when enquired outside ...some say it could be done with pocket holder ... and some say they cant ...I would like to know the solution for it ... what would be the approx cost ?

There is a space for a 2-DIN HU in i20. You can get a box for 2-DIN space that has two equal sized chambers for two single DIN HU. It costs around Rs300 in Chandigarh. Should be same at your end.

Hi Srivatsav,

  Tried with socket holder? Or asked hyundai dealer abt the fitting of

original i20 Magna Music S/M in Ur Era.

Whats the size of 2Din S/Ms available in Market. Any idea?
