As you havent checked the level before, it might be that the level was originally low. Now that is a nice reason to go and screw the service advisor whom you had given the car. Brake fluid level can go low once the pad starts wearing out, as the system is self adjusting. But as your car is new, I dont think this could be the reason. Fill it up and observe for some days.
