hi oa.ajesh,

Are these facts from Indian market?? I guess it must be Suzuki specification for foreign market. For India, Maruti will modify a bit and provide good ground clearance. And it is not shorter in length. In fact it is longer. I've just heard all this and I could make out looking at the pictures.  Let's hope for the best

Hey Rideep, thats a Good news... But there are rumours that dealers simply provoke customers this way to get more Bookings... so we need to wait till it gets launched..

That may be true on the part of the dealers. On inquiry on booking I was told that bookings will be open only after the launch. However delivery may still take a long with the waiting period.

I'm suprised you can book the new swift. Especially when there is no news from Maruti about its expected launch date. Have you paid a booking ampunt? It Could even end up being launched in Dec this year.

I've to buy swift. no matter old or new and that's the reason I've given the booking amount and have done the booking. I still want to wait for few more weeks and see if new swift is getting launched or not. else I'll switch my booking to old swift. Dealer has given this option of switching to old swift or ritz.

And yes the dealers are taking the bookings for new swift as I've done it at Bimal Maruti, old airport road.

Please share the informations on this thread if you get any info around this.
