For general service and maintenance, any MASS would do a decent job. Hence, a paid service can be done satisifactorily by a Mass, especially if you have heard positively about them. Bodywork, major repairs etc are best carried out by a Class A workshop or a dealer. Not all MASS will have the expertise and the equipment to carry out such jobs. Hence, if you want a paid service to be done, you can approach a MASS without worries.

However, note that prices for the service offered will not vary from place to place.

yes manish, that is not a road side workshop.  It is Maruti Authorised Service Station(MASS) which is mentioned in Maruti's website and reader manual as ##. ## means, this MASS is authorised to do Free&Paid services and Minor Reparis.

No it does not. As you have rightly found out, the MASS you said is authorised to do free and paid services and minor repairs.
