Iam planning to change my car from existing ZEN Lx, which is running well , to bigger car, definately a hatchback, kind of SUV.Which would be a better choice between Indigo Marina LX BSII, and Ford Fusion Standard ?Even though look wise and utility wize Fusion appeals to be a better whicle, but the risk of it being phased out is always lurking at the back of my mind. What about after sales and maintainence cost?

Dear Sanjeev, Both the cars you are talking about are high on maintenance. Ford Fusion on one hand is a rubust vehicle and won't bother you with very frequent maintenance but its spares will give you setback. On the other hand Marina's spares won't make you cry but it will give you troubles very often. Both the cars are having poor resale as well (diesel Marina is better a bit). Ford Fusion is better at performance but is bad at fuel economy, consider vice-versa for Marina diesel, Marina petrol will be quite competitive. Both cars have good space. Indigo Marina petrol seems to be a better option considering the price its coming at. Also you don't have any risk of discontinuation or major maintenance costs either. Consider Fusion if you want a robust car with better performance!

Dear Sanjeev, Getz is good at everything but price. Its priced a bit higher and this is the only that is keeping Getz to be sold in great numbers. As far as maintenance, fuel economy, comfort, space, driving, resale are concerned, Getz is a good choice. We think Getz GLS would suffice.
