premium fuel or normal fuel

any idea wat is the recommended fuel for a civic MT,preminum or normal fuel and wat octane

well for the City Zx the company recommends PRemium fuel..... so i m guessing for the Civic too,dey must be doin the same...

I also have seen that program, it is nonsense, you can’t measure additive’s performance   within a hour or in 30 to 40 kms.

Journalists are not  Engineers, Please don’t treat them as God.

CONGRATS MR RAJEEV.. i really awe this car.. regarding ur query i have recently seen a prog on STAR NEWS- TOP SPEED.. they have done some tests n by putting a small camera have shown that even after using premium diesel/petrol.. the carbon deposit was all the same as the normal fuel.. its purely 4 ur own satisfaction for which u go in 4.. but u shd ask ur service engg n other skilled tech what shd u do..
