I have a 2004 Make esteem around 41K done. Today I saw that the front right tyre has worn out from the one side that is the interior side of the tyre has gone almost flat. What could be the probable cause of it?

What is the approximate cost of the set of all the tyres for normal brands.

Asymmetric tyre wear is mainly due to wrong alignment. Or probably you met with a small accident with a slight bump on your car from the front right side, and because nothing much was damaged, you skipped a visit to the mechanic/ASS. this would have interfered with steering geometry, resulting in alignment loss resulting in asymmetric tread wear.

At 41k, your tyres must also be very worn out, and without having much of tread depth. You should get them change before the Monsoon season starts, to avoid hydroplaning (loss of braking when driving through a small layer of water on the road)

Choosing good tyres like Bridgestone Potenza G3 or Michelin Energy XM1+, you could probably get for 12 or 13k all 5 tyres replaced with alignment and balancing done.

Does this means that, Alignment will solve the problem ? Or there is something more needs to be repaired?

Because in case I get them chagned and the problem persist I might lose the tyre again.

Alignment loss can have many reasons, including vehicle structure imperfections brought about by an accident or a tear/bend in one of its structural members (Car being monocoque construction, it will be some bend in the frame formed by bent sheets that supports everything)

Get it checked by ASS or a mechanic expert in setting the frame right, and if the frame gets all-clear, just the alignment will suffice. Otherwise you have work cut out for repairs.

Don't simply replace the tyre and relax. You'll lose it again, if you don't remove the cause of alignment loss.

I went to the mechanic today, he did alignment and told me that this was because the camber was out, he has adjusted that camber. I hope now it runs well

Now come to the root cause analysis. What sent the camber out of order? Neglect / delay in regular balancing/alignment? An accident with the front part of the car? What was it?

Unless you know, you can't guard against it.

Yes It bumped some times back on road hole, no accident.

But with so many holes on the roads I thought these are normal.

Wheel alignment not sure when it was done as I just started using this car after a long 2 years.
