I bought a car 3 months back in hyderabad with loan from HDFC bank and also i paid 3 months installment. Now I am shifting to other city where i dont have any address proof I have only appointment letter of my new employer. I have to get NOC from the bank and then from RTO hyderabad before shifting. I am ready to clear the loan amount but bank people are saying its not possible because it can be done only after 6-months.

Please suggest me what to do....

You need NOT repay the loan.  Ask the bank to transfer your loan a/c to one of their branches to the city you are relocating at.  Bank/s cannot refuse (I understand) - some procedures have to be followed.  If need be, talk to the Branch Head.

The Bank can thereafter issue an NOC suitably to the RTO.

Get him to sign an agreeement & get a certificate of loan statement from the seller's bank. Then make the payment directly to that loan a/c & ask the bank to isuue NOC & loan settlement documents. Then approach the RTO to cancel hypothecation & get the RC transfered in your name.

Getting noc should not be a problem as long as you have some proof of change in location. I had car loan from HDFC myself
