Compulsory last name required for on-road price check & pending updates

Carwale on-road price check for vehicles makes it mandatory to specify the user's last name and the city for which the price is to be checked.

The application then picks this information and saves it in the profile of the user. This is unnecessary and has been requested for correction since long ago. But there is no action on this.

Also there is no response on any of the improvement suggestions or problems reported since last two months.

Why?

PS: Look what it did to my name and location!

It seems you keep busy these days.  Please see if you can ask someone concerned to ensure that the updates come through as soon as possible (it's high time we discussed). 

It will also be good if someone can be entrusted upon the responsibility of going through the threads in 'Help us Improve' & 'Report a problem' - on an on-going basis.

Yes, it's high time we corrected it. It will happen this time.

On the Help Us Improve/Report An Error sections, there will be a person who will notify me of these threads on an on-going basis. Thanks for the suggestion, Pankaj.
