Whoa! First my apologies for not able to take it forward in time.
I agree that you sent me an email four days ago which I forgot to forward to the person handling refunds purely because I read it in a meeting on my mobile. I thought I will just go to the person and tell him in person. But the meeting got delayed and I simply forgot about it. In fact yesterday morning I did follow up with the person as what happened to the email I sent to you and he told me that I never sent him an email! I opened my mobile to forward him the email and I again got stuck with something and I forgot to forward it. Your email could have reached the right person since you sent it to contact at carwale also but then you marked me a CC and it must have been considered attended! Sigh!
Your second email too was received during a meeting but this time I responded as soon as I came out. But you reported the issue here almost immediately (within 10 mins) after sending me an email. Now this cannot be considered as second email went without response. I know I'm efficient but expecting me to respond within 10 mins is a little too much!
