Community page updates + Reviving MoM + Misc

Hey to find the contributor of month , we can have a poll between say top 5-6 most contributors(people with maximum posts) wherein all community members ( or members with no of posts greater then some min. posts) are allowed to cast their vote . We can start this poll on say 5th of each month and declare the result by 10th . The person with max votes becomes contributor of month .

The main thing here is that no person should be allowed to vote more than once .

This way the entire community will be able to decide the contributor of the month 

In fact we had earlier thought & discussed (in the forums) about 'thanks' suggested by Feroz & 'voting' suggested by Capri - before introducing MoM.  I will locate those & provide the links later.  We can re-think/discuss again & amend the procedure involved in selection.  But my ONLY emphasis/suggestion is to revive MoM first.
