Hi, You will have to help us with more details.

  1. Which Car?
  2. Age of Tires(years)
  3. Age of Tires (Kms Run)
  4. What Brand Tires?
  5. Tubeless/ With Tube
  6. Size of the Tire?
  7. Alignment/Balancing History?
  8. Kind of Roads the Tire run on?
  9. What PSI is usually maintained?
  10. Your Driving Style
  11. If the Tires Screech while you brake hard and on regular tight corners?

Well, this information will help a lot to scrutinize the issue. Also, peel off sounds strange. Are you trying to convey cracks?

Kuriakose, please provide the information Joel asked. It will then be easier to tell what exactly is happening. If possible, also put up a picture with the condition, so that we can stop guessing and start commenting.

@Kuriakose, what are the rubber pieces like (small spiky things or large flakes)? And what is the condition of the tyre tread (even wearing, wearing on one side/edge, wearing on both edges but not in centre or more wearing in the centre)? If you could post pics then it would be of great help.

small pieces... maximum size 5mm circumference with 1mm thickness... several pieces are moved away from the surface

tyre wear is normal and uniform

Well, hard to say without pics...I feel its nothing serious and should stop after some time. BTW how did you determine that its from your car's tyres - because it would take a long stretch of road to actually see that much rubbed off stuff...?

Quiet a complicated problem that you have out there. I guess check at an authourised Skoda network should be the best option you can have right now. However, i was trying to search over the internet for such other problems reported but could not find any. Below is a link which briefly states about  a problem similar to your. Also it shares a good amount of data on Tire Problems. Should help you while you would deal with the Service Center.

Looks like a case of beyond end-of-life tyres. Change them ASAP with new ones - buy them yourself and verify date of manufacture - should not be more than a year old and get them installed in front of you. ASCs usually do not allow you to see what's going on once you leave the car with them. Beforehand, casually just ask them if you can see when they replace - if they say no then have them replaced at some good garage (and don't let the ASC know). Also have the suspension thoroughly checked - again if ASC says everything is fine get a second opinion.
