Hi,

My car is also facing the same problem like Radha Madhav said. Rat is also playing in my car. Already i changed airfilter due to these rats. Is these problem is common to i10 or due to rats these problems come? whats the solution to overcome this? problem comes only due to Timer belt or Oil filter is the problem?

Thanks,

Justin Sekar. V

This happens mostly due to Timer Belt. Have you raced the car at speeds above 120 during initial 1 year of purchase?

Shouldn't be more. I believe this is covered under warranty. Please check with your service center. When I got it fixed I don't think I paid anything.

my i10 1.2 magna is just 15 days old and today morning i also had the same problem. when i started the engine it started jerking, when i pressed the accelerator the jerks increased. I switched off and started again, but still jerks. It came back to normal after 5 minutes. Don't know whats the problem.

I was not in any gear the car was neutral. I drove only when it was normal.

I'm going for the first service in 2-3 days, and hope it never happens again.

I am going for the first service in 2-3 days. Although the jerks are similar as the plug is short but if any spark plug is short then how can car be normal after 5 minutes.
