Fiat Adventure and Accent mileage

Hi! Expert, Thanks for the prompt response. While, you are saying that in a Fiat Adventure, there is no issues apart from Resale value and "Service" (though, they are better as of now with Tata-Fiat tie up), what is your opinion about the mileage. Adventure as a car weighs more than 1200kgs and its powered by a 1.6 litre engine. I guess, it should give about 9kmpl in city with A/C on. Can you please give some insight on this. Also, I heard that Accent 1.5 (GLE)'s mileage in city is not very good. Its around 9kmpl with a/c on. Please give some idea. I live in Mumbai and mostly dirve in city with a/c on always. (I am aware that mileage will depend on the driving style as well, but then please assume moderate driving style and help me find an answer) Thanks

Dear Omar, You are quite right at figures of both Adventure and Accent. Both the cars will give 8-9 kmpl in city with AC on. The reason behind this low mileage is these cars' very good performance. Performance and mileage are inversely proportional, normally! Even if you try to drive the car very well, neither car will cross 10 kmpl mark in city with AC on.
