Jack - whatever information you get apart from the choices already narrowed down for you will relate to how good/bad/ugly this or that option sounds or something on those lines. IMO each person will have a different hearing experience (all may agree, some may agree, none may agree or combinations thereof) - and in reality will tell you nothing of how good it will be for you.
So I'd suggest that you give the narrowed down options a listen and then decide which one suits you. If the dealer does not have a setup to audition systems you can always look for another dealer who has.
