I got my Dzire serviced(3rd) at 19700 kms. They charges me around Rs. 4100 /- almost equal to your amount.

Its running fine but I am not getting more than 12-13 in city with A.C on. I am sure we will get 15+ mileage on highways.

Dear Manish, The city mileage is not bench mark. The highway mileage will be more reliable. Iam getting only 10.5 to 11 Km/lit in Bangalore. If your usage in city is for more than 10 Km at a strech you may get better mileage. The worst will be if your trip is only for 3 to 4 km in city. When the vehicle is warm enough to give you ideal mileage you have reached your destination. Dont rely on short distance city drive mileage. It will only give you a  poor mileage which may vary from one to other person. Always try to drive within 2000 Rpm. In fifth gear at 2000 rpm you achieve 75 KM/hr. This RPM Vs speed is in par with most of the cars.

4000/- for Third service?  Confirm, is it third service(free) or fourth service(paid)?

For me no money for third service and charged 4000 for fourth service + 800 for break assembly change(addl work)
