I missed this very very good deal
Owner exchanged this car for Linea emotion pack , Dealer paid him 4.9 lakh rs. for Punto and Now Dealer is quoting 5.4 lakh for the same car.
Sorry to hear that. The owner should have been a little more courteous. But then it is a lot more hassle free for him to sell to an agent.
Try to see if the dealer is willing to negotiate. If you get it at around 5.1 it's a good deal still.
The dealer shoud not be charging more than 20K commission ( I am going by Bangalore standards where 2% is charged from both buyer and seller by the dealer).
