okay i will try and change the petrol pump but my car is giving an average of 13.2 something including highway and local both.so the petrol pump doesnt seem to be causing much problem.anyways i will surely fill it up at other petrol station.

hi.as above said i chnged my filling station and used the car for about 2 weeks...it certainly gave me surprising results.

well the problem reoccured and i went to the service station.they did the throttle cleaning and other cleaning but the problem wasnt solved.finally it was some wire supplying current to one of the valves that was getting short.now the car is good after 6 long months..

"wire supplying current to one of the valves"...hmm its not the valves but the spark-plugs that these wires supply current to. So in your case the spark-plug wire was shorted/damaged causing misfiring.
