I am following this forum recently and you guys are doing a fantastic job.
I am in a dilemma whether to buy a new sedan car (Hyundai accent or Ford Ikon or Mahindra Logan or Maruti Dzire) or an used Mahindra Scorpio. My budget is 5 lakhs (can stretch upto 5.5L) and I expect to drive around 1500 kms per month (mostly in city). To be frank I have zero knowledge about four wheeler. So I feel its better you guys advice me on choosing a right one.
FYI, this is my first four wheeler. In 2004, I took some driving classes (ambassador car) and successfully passed the test in first attempt  . I am planning to take some driving classes before I purchase a new one or if I am buying a used one may be I could hire someone and learn using that car.
Coming back to my dilemma, I have a huge crush on Scorpio. I feel it looks manly and suit my personality (I am 6'3 tall). I dont know whether its advisable to buy a used one since I wont be able to judge the condition of the vehicle.
On the other hand I feel new sedan car would fit in my budget and only decision I have to make is to decide the right one. I dont know whether I can sit comfortably considering my height? If you advice me to buy a new sedan car then please help me to choose the right one.
Out of curiosity I would like to know whether its common for people to drive Scorpio for work.
