Seems other guys have it, and it is appreciated well, considering its impact on a harrased soul.
Could you do something on these lines, and as always is the exectation, do it a notch better?
Considering CarWale sells cars, and deals with a lot of car related commercial issues, it is not out of line to expect a redressal mechanism from them - after all, you have direct relations with all manufacturers, which go much beyond an average car dealer's. So having something of a reverse channel will only add to the brand value and loyalty.
Just sayin..., but would surely appreciate a response with official position on the issue.
