Folks,

Also let me know if Skoda Octavia would be good option if I plan to extend by budget by another 50000 to 4.5lk. In terms of Honda City....I was actually looking for City ZX...budget from the cars posted on the site....it doesn't seem it would fit my budget.

Akshay you did not respond on the Fiesta 1.6 SXi idea... And have a look at this link -> I see a 2005 Optra 1.8 LT with 40 k km at 4L. Deal like that would be really good, if the vehicle is not abused. Check it out! Somehow lost the toolbar, so pasting the link below. please check http://www.carwale.com/used/search.aspx?model=&priceFrom=300000&priceTo=400000&city=1&dist=50&sc=5&so=0

Edit Remark: Direct link/access to URL since provided.

Hi Akshay,

I was under a similar dilemma a few weeks before, but now made up my mind for a fiesta sxi 1.6.

Budget same 4l, requirement same as yours.. fiesta duratec sxi would be one good option for you. I could see the octi's comin so tempting but again when you think why does a 11-13lac car would go so cheap? smell a rat somewhere?

a city zx or fiesta sxi (better stay away from Modeo, availability of parts can be a problem)

Anyway! all the best for your search.

NIk!

Folks....thank you for your suggestions.

But Opra, fiesta and Corolla look like some good option after looking at the cars on carwale.

Can anyone of you put some light on how Corolla would fare as per my requirements....would it be good option in terms of maintainence and power

Also can anyone update me on Fiesta Deisel version?
