Dear All,
I recently transferred (April 2010) my Tamil Nadu registered Bike to Baroda, since I got transferred to Baroda from Chennai. As soon as I reach Baroda, I visited Baroda RTO office and shown all the NOC which I obtained from Chennai. They asked me to pay roadtax which I payed to them,nearly 3500 RS. They said it will take 45 days to get the TN registration to change to Baroda.
Unfortunately, I got transferred to Chennai again and I brought my Bike back to Chennai with me. Today I visited Chennai RTO office and they indicated that I should get NOC from baroda RTO and also certificate from Commissioner of Police, Baroda.
Can anyone advise how I can solve this issue, since it is very difficult to got to Baroda and get the NOC and certificate from commissioner.
