Dear Friends,

A lot about FIAT GP is discussed in various threads. A lot of Pros and cons of GP is shared. I had bought my punto on 28 Sep 09 ( PUNTo MJD RED) and till now I have driven this car upto 2300 KM.

Let us forget about what other says about FIAt imagie in India, about cons of GP. This thread is to unite all the GP lovers and users to share all their good experience, Pics and lovable memories with GP.

To start with I'll share my lovely moments, As said , I got my first car on 28th Sep. I went for a trip to Bhimashankar for Darshan. Infact I had taken my mother. That day it was raining heavily, I hasitated whether to go r not, but atlast decided to go , we were three , me my brother and my mom. My car was just 10 days younger. I heavy downpour car responded amazingly. I was driving at 110 KMPH and ABS really supported at every step. At every peak of Bhimashankar MJD roars and moved swiftly. In just first 500 KMS GP gave me a milegae of 18KMPL.  We started at 10Am and reached back home at 5P.M. Cannot express my feeling after reaching home. I am Pround to be Indian and a GPian.

Welcome aboard Vivek.

Most of the GP owners have already shared their experience, photos in this forum with numerous threads. So sharing it here will be repetition. Better if you go ahead with your experience in this thread and how about sharing some photographs of your red beauty and picturesque Bhimashankar. I know the place is absolutely amazing to visit and shoot during monsoon.

I dont know how feasible it will be but it will be a separate thread for all GPians. We must add our pics to this thread. Its a wonderful idea by Vivek!

The other threads includes all pros nd cons plus other off track crap. Let this thread be a unique one only for owners of GP.

Vikram , I too was driving on the GQ stretch between Hosur->Krishnagiri in heavy rains and she was very stable, responded amazingly.

This car is just astounding on the highways. Her ride , handling, road grip and stability - and of course the steering feedback is just amazing. She has been good in the city, but to understand her well you've got to take her out on those longish drives.

The bad roads are just smothered - with rising speed the potholes are taken well care of, and you cease to slow down.

The HPS is well weighted, and does not feel vague at high speeds - something I've noticed missing in other cars.

I've driven upto 8 hours in a day ( with breaks in between ) , but never felt tired.

All in all, relishing every moment of her.
