I have found one CNG Kits dealer in Okhla...and believe me the workmanship was way above my expectations.Sorry, i dont have his proper address but its opposite to the okhla CNG pump.

will try and find out their mechanics phone no. I guess i have it somewhere in my phone book.

Just had a word with my mechanic at Okhla, he said that the kit is gonna cost you around 26000/- and you will have to get it on R.C yourself.(ofcourse they will provide all the necessary papers)
