Car Loan clearance and New RC

Hi,

I recently got free from car loan and I also got NOC from ICICI bank. My car registration is done in Navi Mumbai and now I shifted to Thane. So few queries:

(1) Do I need to change my registration number as now I have moved from Navi Mumbai to Thane?

(2) How to change bank's name from RC book to my name?

1) Yes, you need to change registration from Navi Mumbai to Thane.

2) Submit Bank NOC to Navi Mumbai RTO.  Based thereon, it will cancel bank hypothecation lien from its records/RC Book.  You will need to do this before or concurrently while transferring registration from Navi Mumbai to Thane.
