A query from Shaliesh, posted here, has since been relocated to the section Buying a car - have a look - it has reference to this review.

I read in another review that the steering, although good, was no match for the Fiat steering.

In Punto/Linea/Palio - the steering provides a lot more feedback to the driver.

Yes, it is. Fiat car's offer one of the best ride, handling and steering.

I tried this and I had understeer, I tried that and I had oversteer, at the end of the corner I just ran out of talent!

I test-drew Manza Quardrajet Aura today.  I found that tall people (6+) may find front & rear ends of the head room a bit low due to aerodynamic shape given. If a person like me (6.2) sits straight, it’s okay…

… but if he is in a habit of leaning a little in front, his forehead would touch the font most ceiling…

Like-wise (no photos) the rear most end of the ceiling touches the head a little (no problem if you sit straight – without resting your back).

This may cause discomfort to tall (6+) drivers / rear seat passengers.  Otherwise, space available is in abundance…

Even I noticed this...though my height is 5.8...i felt uncomfortable while leaning forward. I tht they might have adjusted the seat thru adjustment available in Manza higher models.

Pankaj....ur reviews pls?

Edit Remark: Photos deleted from the quote.

Let me clarify that I could not TD the car on highway, as the road leading to highway was blocked due to some major accident.  Therefore, returned back to city – also because I was not at leisure - had got the TD unexpectedly during office hours. The TD consisted of 7-8 kms in city traffic & 18-20 kms on city-ring/outer road (2 laps to & fro)…

But I was able to feel the car well.  Everything about the car is fine.  Engine is silent, smooth & quite responsive. The NVH levels stand reduced significantly & the cabin is silent inside – unlike other Tata cars. Gears are easy & fun to shift.  City drivability in 3rd I found surprisingly good – even at speed lesser than 20 – so shifting to 2nd would be minimised.  Driveability & roll-on acceleration in 4th & 5th gears are quite impressive.  Road-grip, stability, handling, braking are all very good (couldn't check at very high speeds though).

The only disappoint (for tall people) is the low front & rear ends of the ceiling, as explained before.  I’ve requested for another TD – highway - and for Aura ABS or + that have adjustable seat height.

Edit: Have a look at the photos.

I found it fine - probably because I drive a Tata.  Tata cars have relatively hard clutch - true - but no issues.  Once you get the feel of it, it doesn't matter at all.
