Could new fiesta look be given to an old one??

Could the new fiesta headlamps and front bumper put onto an old fiesta??

If yes, pls anyone tel me what cost would it be??

I think its better to find out from ASS as to why its not possible. Try to get all the technical and functional aspects for not able to do this modification. I too think it should be possible. However it would be quite difficult to find out the price as I guess the same kind of replacements for lights and all would not be still available in market, not sure of grey market though.

I would suggest walk directly to the "Parts" section of ASS and then enquire about the prices of each item. The ASS would generally have these parts before it comes to open market.

He does not have the spares for sure. The headlamps and bumper are the only parts that are required.
