I endorse with Sourav. I have also Ritz - came just a month back. To day got first service.
It is excellent car. One can certainly go for it.
Exterior look of Ritz is very subjective.
It has big tyre, very smooth and driving experience is excellent. Engine perormane is superb. Iam getting 17km/l easily.
I can't coment - regarding i10, it may also better in many respect.
But giving discount - providing mud flap etc., may not make one car better than other. Ultimately the performance of the engine, boot space and other qualties deciding factor rather than freebies.

I can't tell you what harrowing time I have been through trying to decide between Ritz Vxi or i10 1.2 magna. However, after booking an i10 and cancelling it subsequently, I have joined the MAD brigade of Ritz-wale. It was not an easy decision given the pricing diff. and superiority of interiors in i10. But all said and done..the feel of driving at a significantly greater height, better seats, smooth drive quality of Ritz, peace of after-sales service and kind charms of Mr. Sudhakar from Fortpoint (extremely patient - common trait with all Maruti consultants), I fallen for the bug-shaped Hatchy.
Like many, I felt the interiors looked cheap like cabbie favorite Tata Indica. But Ritz has a better road presence, road grip and stability at high speeds, all required for highway drive (including city roads, where we tend to drive @ high speeds in short spurts).
Honestly, I am much more @ peace now having booked a Ritz and thank God the decision is made for once and all of next 4 years.
