Can't see my profile pic

Hello,

I am a new member. I can't see my profile pic while replying on existing forums or creating new threads. I see my name along with my city but i can't see the snap i have uploaded in my profile. I can see other people's snaps/photos when they reply to forum threads.

Wondering what I am doing wrong here ? Any help to this newbie will be appreciated.

I did upload an image in avatar and real photo, but with no luck!
Do let me know where I went wrong or will avatar be displayed only after reaching a minimum number of posts or what?

There is no such criteria for keeping avatar. Do check if the size of the image was crossing the upper limit.
In some cases it take some time for the avatar to display.

I checked my snap... it was exactly 100 by 100 and just 14.2 kb, but still no luck!!
