You can also expect an all new Fiesta in the coming year.

The All New Fiesta looks very revolutionary, but the current Fiesta somehow looks very mature and balanced.  It looks like a car, not a morphed mish-mash of curves and scoops!

But then design is very subjective - there are a lot of people who like Bangle's Mangled BMWs but I for one prefer the clean look of the previous Beemers.  The current post-Bangle lot are looking a lot better, too.

First it was tall boy hatchbacks now it's tall boy sedans. First the SX4 and now the new Fiesta. I haven't warmed up to the new Fiesta's looks. From pictures, it looks like a very quirky car. Sad that it's coming from the maker of cars like the Mondeo and Focus.

We've started seeing some of these on the roads here in Dubai of late.  From front-on it can be mistaken for an i20.

But the ones we see here are the hatchbacks.  India will get the booted version, but somehow I cannot imagine this version with a boot - it just doesnt gel.

I really wish they launch the Fiesta hatchback here. When we can have Indica / Indigo, Punto / Linea , Swift / Dzire and the soon to be launched Polo / Polo sedan why can't we have Fiesta hatch / Fiesta sedan? Maybe launch the hatch with the 1.6L petrol and diesel and position it as a lifestyle hot hatch to compete with the GP 1.4 TJet and 1.6 MJD and Polo 1.6L petrol (hopefully 1.2 TSI!) in the future.

Fiesta hatch would find it hard to find its footing in the crowded B class and entry level Sedan class.

What Ford really need to introduce to bring back some of that 'josh' would be to introduce the Focus series(especially the mental RS)!!
