What do I feel after 8000 kms? (Grand Punto 1.3 Emotion)

Regarding the arm rest, I had seen it being sold in Haute Car In Channai (IT highway). It costed around 2400 and the sales person claimed that he had fitted several of them. Looks exactly like the one shown in the picture initially in this thread. Planning to get hold of the same next time I visit chennai

I got it serviced at Fortune Motors - Nerul. they were pretty responsive and ood at service.

Thats a good overall review Sandeep, thaks for letting us know. How much did you pay for your first service and what is your after service experience? I have noticed some people complain about certain noise coming in from some interiors like dashboard etc or some kind of chemical marks left inside.

Since there was no issue with my car during first service (fortunately no issues even now) so I need not to pay a single rupee. After first service, engine is smoother, or my long distance travel could also be the reason for this.

Lucky me, I'm not experiencing any such noise as you mentioned till now. Be careful while putting any kind of air fresher which needs to be stick on AC winds, that may spoil ur dash board and may leave chemical mark (only if it leaks). My service engineer advised me not to put any such air freshener.

u dint got charged for oil change & all also in ur 1st service?

Punto needs oil-top up on its first service and it was not charged. the first oil change will be at 2nd service (15000KM).
