I have TD the Manza with ABS and find it to be Value for Money car. But We have to wait and watch to see what happenes to the plastic interior fit and finish after a couple of months which I think has been a old TATA problem. Apart from that I found the car to be a absolute delight to drivein the city with lots of features at 6.5lakhs.best of luck TATA

The exterior and interior of car looks good, But man, this car is euroIII compliant and we need to have a vehicle which is EuroIV compliant after April 2010, so in that term this car has an older engine and All prospective buyer must refrain from buying till April 2010 when surely the company will come up with the upgrade. Till then only see it and admire it. Cheers....

Yes Major I had noticed the same and I found out the following: 1) Its  Fiat Sourced Disel engine which is working in Swift, Palio, Ritz, Linea so by April 2010 they all have to be Euro 4 complaint so wait till then.....

The Manza is a terrible designed car .. it looks like a fish with an over-grown tail.

The engines are anaemic and suffer from massive turbo lags and do tend to get fairly noisy above 3000 rpm.

Now, for the upsides of the car :

1) Its inrecdibly spacious for a car of its size.

2) Its very efficient and well priced.

Now for my arhuement about it being a Taxi:

The very reason why a car is used as a taxi is beacuse  the car must be COMFORTABLE, EFFICIENT and  EASY TO MAINTAIN.

Since when were these qualities "BAD" and undesireable ?

By the way, the Mercedes E class is used as a taxi in Geneva. So does that mean its a bad car ?

... this car is euroIII compliant..

Manza Petrol & Diesel both are BS IV compliant.

To all who have had a TD of the Manza:

Are the pedals placed comfortably ?

In Vista the pedals are positioned higher from the floor and I find them too close... Is it the same in manza too ?

Guys, the engines are Euro IV ready. Without any doubt.

I tried this and I had understeer, I tried that and I had oversteer, at the end of the corner I just ran out of talent!
