@Pankaj: Yes Surat is big CNG Market, but given the size of delhi it might come number 2. Eventhough people can reach anypart of surat city within 20 -30 mins of drive a majority of car sold in surat are pertorl which gets covnverted into CNG based cars. Futhermore all the auto rickshaws, local buses etc are CNG based hence there are large numbers CNG retro fitters and mechanics available.
@yash: the NOS rates depends upon the size of cylinder, the 1.4L comes for 150rs (rarely available, used in few motorbikes) the 4L comes for 650 ro so. This are prices if you have direct contact with right persons. The auto freak tunners will have huge margin over it and it goes upto 1800 to 2400 per cylinder.
I am not sure if NOS can be mixed with CNG but there is something similar to Turbo charger for CNG thats comming up, its called Pressure/Presurized Rotator Kit (PRK), i am yet to get hold of any such to understand how it works. Rumours are that it gives better performance than petrol in term of pickups. Which i personally doubt.
